The fruit for this wine has been sourced from both our own vineyard as well as a
sun drenched slope above Vernon.
harvested at over 24 brix while still maintaining refreshing acidity, this is a full bodied
wine that will pair with most seafood and white meat dishes.
Another way to enjoy this wine is by itself as the long, smooth finish will invite you
to sip some more ...and more this is a sneaky one.
Harvested at over 23 brix this lovely, aromatic gewurz is a classic example of this
spicy variety. Finished slightly off dry with about 12 grams of sugar/liter remaining,
is in addition to the perfect summer sipping wine also very food friendly.
Made from estate grapes supplemented with fruit from Vernon.
White meats, seafood and spicy asian dishes will pair very well with this wine.
Refreshing from the start, our pink hued rose` brings fresh summer fruits to mind as
aroma's of strawberry and orchard blossoms welcome you. Retaining good acidity,
this wine was made with blaufrankish, pinot meunier and pinot gris grapes.
No more then about an hour of skin contact was needed to bring out the color and
lovely flavors. Versatile with many dishes of food or great on its own.
Dark forest fruits and berries come to mind when enjoying this wine . Enough acidity
in this one to make it an excellent companion for hearty red meat dishes, barbecued
steaks and grass fed lamb. Crafted from old vine kelowna vineyard and lovely ripe estate fruit.
